When you change your Webinar Pro billing cycle or upgrade to a new Webinar Pro plan, you'll see a prorated subtotal on your invoice. This represents the amount you'll pay for the plan based on a new billing period. Additionally, you'll likely see a Credits line item on your invoice. The credit amount will be applied to your subtotal and reflects the remainder of your previous plan.

For example, if your billing date is the 11th day of every month, and on March 7th you switched to a Webinar Pro plan billed annually, your invoice will include a:

  • Prorated subtotal for a new yearly billing period that spans March 7th of the current year to February 10th of the next year. This is because your last payment was made on February 11th and you have not yet reached the next opportunity to renew your monthly plan, which would have occurred on March 11th.

  • Credit back for the portion of your monthly plan that was prepaid, covering March 7th-March 10th of the current year.

  • New billing date that falls 1 year from your last payment this year. This means you'll receive your next bill on February 11th of next year.
