Upgrading Your Webinar Account

Learn how to upgrade your account to Webinar Pro.

You can upgrade to a Webinar Pro plan at any time to get access to additional features. Follow these instructions to learn how.

NOTE: If your license was assigned to you, contact your Administrator instead.

1 Access the Plan and Billing page. Begin by clicking the profile icon in the top-right, then select Manage Account from the dropdown. The Plan and Billing tab opens by default.

NOTE: Want to change your Webinar Pro plan from billed monthly to billed annually? Follow these instructions instead.

Your current plan will be summarized on the left.

2 Choose your new plan. In the Webinar Pro section, choose if you want to be billed annually or monthly. In the Registrations per webinar section, select the plan you want, then click Select plan.

Your new billing cycle will appear in the top-left.

In the Payment Information section, add the payment you want to be charged for your plan. Then click Save payment information.

In the Plan Summary section, review your plan and your total balance due today. If you're upgrading from a previous Webinar Pro plan, this amount may be prorated.

When you've reviewed your new plan, click Start plan.

NOTE: Prices subject to change.

You'll see a "All set! You've upgraded to Webinar Pro" message when the transaction is complete. Click Close to return to your account home page and continue working.

All set! You've upgraded to Webinar Pro. Your new plan includes... Check your account's Plan and Billing section to see all upcoming charges. Close
