NOTE: If you have a Premium plan, contact your Account Manager instead.
Begin by clicking the profile icon in the top-right, then select Manage Account from the dropdown. In the Webinar Pro section on the left, click Change plan. Then follow the relevant steps below:
From monthly to annually - In the Webinar Pro section, select Annually, then click Select plan. You'll see a summary of the amount due today for the new plan. Click Next. On the Complete your order screen, verify your account, address, and payment details, then click Pay.
From annually to monthly - In the Webinar Pro section, select Monthly, then click Select plan. You'll see a summary of your monthly rate for the new plan as well as the amount due today. Click Change plan. You'll then see a message confirming the change and the date it will take effect.
