How can I change my Webinar Pro billing cycle?

Learn how to update your account so it's billed annually or monthly.

NOTE: If you have a Premium plan, contact your Account Manager instead.

Begin by clicking the profile icon in the top-right, then select Manage Account from the dropdown. In the Webinar Pro section on the left, click Change plan. Then follow the relevant steps below:

  • From monthly to annually - In the Webinar Pro section, select Annually, then click Select plan. You'll see a summary of the amount due today for the new plan. Click Next. On the Complete your order screen, verify your account, address, and payment details, then click Pay.

  • From annually to monthly - In the Webinar Pro section, select Monthly, then click Select plan. You'll see a summary of your monthly rate for the new plan as well as the amount due today. Click Change plan. You'll then see a message confirming the change and the date it will take effect.
