A webinar's status determines how your team members and attendees can use the webinar site.

The Webinar list page displays each webinar's status

Upcoming

You created a webinar.

Live Now

The webinar's start date and time has passed.

  • Attendees can register for your webinar.

  • Attendees can log in to the webinar site.

  • Attendees can view the presentation.

  • If configured, interactive features will be available.

Completed

The webinar's end date and time has passed.

  • Attendees can log in to the webinar site for 90 days.

  • Attendees cannot join a live collaborative presentation.

  • If you hosted a pre-recorded presentation and allowed on demand viewing, registrants can view the presentation for 90 days.

  • Interactive features will not be available.

  • The post-event feedback email will be sent to attendees.

Canceled

You clicked "Cancel webinar" on the webinar homepage.

  • Attendees cannot log in to the webinar site.

  • The cancelation email will be sent to registrants.

Archived

90 days have passed since your webinar's end date.

  • Attendees cannot view or log in to the webinar site.

  • Attendees cannot take the feedback survey.

  • No more emails will be sent.

  • You can still view the webinar in your Cvent account.
