Managing Emails

Learn about the automated emails that will send throughout your webinar.

There are eight automated emails that Webinar sends on your behalf. Learn how to find the emails in your account and about each of them below.

NOTE: If you have a Premium Webinar account, you can customize these emails.

1 Understand how emails send. Cvent will send the email from the name and email address associated with your Cvent account. Most emails send automatically after you or your attendee take an action, like registering or canceling registration, but some are scheduled to send before or after your webinar.

2 Preview your webinar's emails. Start by selecting your webinar. From the left-hand navigation, click Marketing.

To the left of the email name, click the magnifying glass icon.

Toggle the email from blue to gray

A pop up will appear with a preview of the email.

3 Send a test email. To send a test version of the email, click Send test email.

Enter the email you want to send it to, then click Send.

4 Disable emails, if desired. You can turn off certain emails if they aren't needed for your webinar. To stop an email from sending, toggle the email to gray.
