If you've upgraded to a Webinar Pro plan, your billing date occurs monthly or annually after the initial upgrade, depending on the plan type you selected.
For example, if you upgraded to a Webinar Pro plan on September 10th and chose monthly billing, you will pay for the first month upfront and then be charged the monthly rate on the 10th of each subsequent month. If you chose to be billed annually, you will pay the full cost of the year upfront and won't be charged again until September 10th of the following year.
To find your billing date, click the profile icon in the top-right, then select Manage Account from the dropdown. In the Webinar Pro section, the amount due and the date your card will be charged is listed under Upcoming charges.
