When you are nearing your storage limit, you will receive an alert on the Presentation page. For Webinar Premium and Webinar Pro accounts, you can manage your storage by downloading and deleting presentation recordings. Once your storage is full, you will no longer be able to upload videos for Simulive webinars or turn on video replays.
NOTE: Managing your video storage is not available for Free Webinar accounts. You can upgrade your account or wait until your recording auto-deletes 30 days after the webinar.
1 Access your video storage. Select your webinar, then click Presentation from the left-hand navigation. Click Manage storage.
2 Manage storage. To download a recording, click on the kebab to the right of its name and select Download.
After downloading the recording, you can delete it from your storage. Click the kebab next to the video and select Delete, then Delete again. Now you will be able to upload videos for Simulive webinars or turn on video replays.
