Downgrading your Webinar Pro Plan

Follow these instructions to downgrade your Webinar Pro plan to:

NOTE: If you have a Premium plan, contact your Administrator instead.

Downgrading Your Webinar Pro Plan

1 Access the Change Plan page. Begin by clicking the profile icon in the top-right, then select Manage Account from the dropdown. The Plan and Billing tab opens by default.

NOTE: Want to change your Webinar Pro plan from billed annually to billed monthly? Follow these instructions instead.

In the Webinar Pro section, click Change plan.

2 Choose your new plan. In the Webinar Pro section, select whether you want to be billed annually or monthly. In the Registrations per webinar section, select the plan you want, then click Select plan.

Based on the time remaining on your current plan, you'll be provided with the date when you'll lose access to your current plan, as well as a summary of how your registrations per webinar will change on that date.

If you want to continue with downgrading your account, click Change plan. You will see a message confirming the change and the date it will take effect.

Click Go to homepage to continue working.

Downgrading to a Webinar Free Plan

1 Access the Change Plan page. Begin by clicking the profile icon in the top-right, then select Manage Account from the dropdown. The Plan and Billing tab opens by default.

In the Webinar Pro section, click Change plan.

2 Choose your new plan. In the Webinar Free section, click Select plan.

Based on the time remaining on your current plan, you'll be provided with the date when you'll lose access to Webinar Pro as well as a summary of how your access to certain Webinar features will change on that date.

If you want to continue with downgrading your account, click Switch to Webinar Free.

You will see a message confirming the change and the date it will take effect. Click Go to homepage to continue working.
