How do I make my account tax exempt?

If your tax-exempt organization is based in the United States or one of its territories, you can ensure Cvent does not include any taxes on your bill. To do so, you'll need to fill out the Cvent Tax Exemption Form. The required information includes:

  • First and Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Organization Name

  • Cvent Account Number

  • State or Province

  • Tax Exemption Start and End Date

  • Copy of your Tax Exemption Certificate

  • Exemption Reason

After you submit the form, the Cvent Tax Team will need five business days to process your request. If you have already made a payment toward a Webinar Pro plan, the tax will be refunded or applied as a credit on your account.
