If you have a Webinar Pro plan, you entered payment details when upgrading your plan. Follow the steps below to update your credit card on file.
NOTE: If you have a Premium plan, follow these instructions instead.
1 Access your payment information. Begin by clicking the profile icon in the top-right, then select Manage Account from the dropdown.
In the Payment Method section, click Manage payment.
2 Update your credit card details. Select the payment method you want to update, then click Edit payment method.
Enter the updated credit card information.
When you're finished, click Update payment method.
Click the X to return to the Manage Account page.
3 Update your billing address, if necessary. If your billing address has changed, click Manage addresses in the Addresses section.
Select your billing address, update the details, then click Update billing address.
