With polling, attendees can respond to questions during a presentation and view the results in real-time. As a moderator, you can create poll questions and control which questions are available for attendees to answer and when.
1 Access the presentation. Begin by logging in to the webinar. Then click Join as attendee or Join as host.
2 Create a poll question. In the toolbar on the right, click Polls. If the event planner has already created poll questions for the webinar, you'll see them listed here. To add your own, click Create question.
Select a question type, then enter the question text and answer options. Click Add option after each answer to add more.
When you're finished, click Done to complete your poll, or Add another question to add more questions for attendees. Any questions you create will appear under a new "Poll questions" header.
If you need to make changes to a question, click the icon below the question, then click Edit question.
NOTE: Editing the question will delete any attendee responses you've already received.
If you still want to edit the question, click Edit. Make your changes, then click Done.
To delete a question, click the icon below the question, then click Delete question.
Click Delete to confirm.
Create more questions throughout the presentation as needed.
3 Open a poll question. When you're ready for attendees to start submitting their responses, click Open question. Attendees won't be able to see the question at all until you do.
4 Display the current question. Click Display to show it during the presentation. It will appear as an overlay on top of the presentation content.
Click Display to confirm.
When the current question should no longer be displayed, click Close display.
5 Close the question. When attendees should no longer be able to answer a particular question, click Close question.
Attendees will be able to view the question responses once they've submitted their own answer, or once the question is closed.
